Why we’re doing this

With the profession facing a retention crisis, Zoetis wants to help support young vets who often require more support during their first years in practice. It's also one of ÂÜÀòÊÓƵ's top priorities to support and develop our young vets as future leaders of the profession.

We believe that with the right level of support we can make big improvements to young vet wellbeing and job satisfaction.

To do this the whole profession must work together. This partnership is an important step on that journey.
